My rb25 is burning copious amounts of gas.
-it idles great
-runs good, small pops during down shifts.
-blackens the exhaust tip a lot
-new air filter/fuel/fresh oil change
On average, I get 250 and on a good day might get 280 km to a tank. There are no fuel leaks and I have checked intake pipes, all seems good. From searching around people say MAF, tps, 02 or coolant temp sensor.
My MAF is clean, tps is good I believe since idle is great. No idea what to look for on the 02 sensor or the coolant temp for serviceability.
On a side note, AFTER this started, I installed and running on spring pressure of an rb20 wastegate approx 10psi. Factory two stage boost disabled. Any ideas guys?
Thanks,
Terry
