Also, just as a comment, avoid used MAFs and water pumps, they aren't worth the money.

xpresspost canadapost between the provinces mentioned is overnight as long as the item is dropped off before the last pickup usually around 2 or 3 then you have it next day in your mail box. if that fails then you for sure have it the next day. also send withOUT requiring signature so when they deliver they dont just leave you a slip so you have to go get it and wait even longer. without sig theyll just leave the parcel in a lock box and the key to the lockbox in your box. done and done. shipping cost is usually 20$ if you wrap it in some bubble wrap then cardboard and tape it up with clear tape so its small safe and waterproof then thats best way i do it.
