              Check out Deka batteries. I believe they make Braille batteries, sell them to braille, and then braille marks them up.

                  Yeah I've heard this too. I believe it might be true for some models. But I couldn't find a Deka battery with the specs of the B2015.

                  Nice setup!! But I think the 11.5 lbs model is pushing it. the 15 pounder should be a good balance of weight and battery capacity imo. I think it will put my battery maintainer to good use unlike the kinetik I currently have.

                    And frankiman where did you get the battery holder? I'm looking for on as mine is also located in the trunk

                      You can buy the same kind of batteries at canadian tire. They're cheaper but same make, they say they aren't for cars but it's not true. I run a braille 17pounder which came to around $400 with charger from braille.
