Golden Week is upon us yet again in Japan!

TunerLab will only be closed April 29 (track day/national holiday) and May 4.
All other manufacturers and the post office will be closed for multiple days.
Here is a schedule:

Sat. May 2: closed as per usual schedule
Sun. May 3: closed as per usual schedule

Is the 6th a holiday because Constitution day falls on Sunday this year?

I think so, the holidays are usually:

April 29: Showa Day (celebration of Emperor Showa's birthday)
May 3: Constitution Day (this year on a Sunday, probably moved to the 6th)
May 4: Greenery Day
May 5: Children's Day
