      thanks,
when they sell coil overs that are 32way adjustable they mean dampening
but it is never actually 32

It's a shame i just bought a second set of coils, would have like to try these out.

Well, if it were new Apexi N1 Evolution Damper (Street), they would have the part number 264AN001 and sell for 2600 retail or 2400ish GTRC. Those could be something else though. I would scoop up the 264AN001 for 1200 asap but I don't think they are.
            No build thread.

Yes, these are adjustable compression. They are 16 way adjustable. They are also shock length adjustable so you can adjust ride height without affecting the spring pre-load. These are the 2004 spec coilovers so they are not the evolution units.

They are not super bumpy, but they are firm. I had the same set on my first BNR32 and I didn't think they weren't bouncy or bone jarring on the street. I had them for about 20,000 miles.

They used to retail for $2400 back in the day. A steal at only $1200. Obviously I'm loosing money on these, but they're doing no good on a shelf.

FYI, JIC uses a bit too much high speed rebound (for the street) on their valving so what happens is instead of the wheel following the bump in the road back down, the car actually falls back on the ground. This gives you the kidney hurting feeling of stiffness. When you try to soften the shock, then it takes away the compression too (and rebound) and then the car starts to jiggle/bounce.

                  hi there,

Just wondering if you could tell me what the spring rate is on this set.

                  Thanks

I believe they are 8 and 10kg. I have to open them to find out though. It's either 8 or 9kg and definitely a 10kg.
