Do these fit with the stock clutch fan or are electric fans required? I am interested in upgrading my rad in my GTS-T but want to keep my clutch fan and stock shroud.

These fit with the factory fan setup, or you can add the Mishimoto fan shroud and electric fans if you wish.
These are R32 and R33 specific, so they fit properly. I know some people try to use S13 rads for some reason, but they will not fit as they are too thick.

How good is the Mishimoto stuff compared to Koyo and similar?

I have an s13 mishimoto rad for my car, it came with the shell and i took it not knowing it was an s13 rad. Anyway it does fit fine still. Theres about 1" clearance on the fan(dual core rad). The only difference is the resevoir nipple on the cap is on the wrong side, and the 2 upper pins are on the outside. This requires a hole to be drilled then tapped or 2 nuts used to hold the bracket in place.
I'm not sure about the rads featured in this ad(again mine is s13), but for anyone doing this upgrade be weary. The mishimoto rad i have doesn't have a bung for the oem temp sensor. You will either need to drill and weld one on or find an aftermarket solution(such as the greddy aluminum top rad pipe which i'll be using) to continue to use the stock sensor. But like i said, mine is s13 so these may have the bung, maybe daryl can elaborate. I don't see it in the picture.

e/ is it be weary or be wary =\ (beware), i'm gonna go with wary....

I just got one this past summer. Only issue I experienced was a leaky rad cap. It couldn't handle the pressure and coolant sprayed everywhere, had to order an HKS cap with a higher pressure rating.

Quality wise the Mishimoto and Koyo are similar, so it comes down to brand preference and budget (the Koyo is more expensive).

As stated above, the Mishimoto we sell are R32 and R33 specific, so they are direct fitment and there are ZERO issues. Of course attempting to fit an S13 is going to result in issues as stated above.
