Not to mention the nice added weight of the AWD system.We dynoed both a AWD and FWD Eclipse who both had roughly 210hp. There was just over 50hp lost at the wheels between the two. Same situation. Exactly same engine, just different drivetrains. You get the idea.

I knew that 2 diffs added friction and weight
it's just that I tought I saw that the engine itself was less powerful(which I couldn't beleive)
