Lol, that's pretty civilized. No peel outs or donuts (Or even bagels) required. It'll just be a bunch of fellow RHD owners out for a leisurely drive. And we'll be proving "See? We don't speed. We stay at EXACTLY the speed limit!"

What're they going to do? Charge us with driving the speed limit? Lol

True, but I could be in a rush in a LHD or a RHD car. I'm not arguing that there are no shortcomings to a RHD vehicle on Canadian roads. As owners of said vehicles we need to be aware of the issues. But to ban the registration of any new imports based on the "research" done doesn't make sense. I have come to terms with the fact that I may have to convert my car to LHD one day. I don't want to, but hey the interior is gutted anyways so I'm sure a custom dash won't hurt the asthetics to much

I think the best thing Canada can do to increase driver saftey in proper driver training. It's amazing who get's (or gets to keep) their license.

I think we need to spread this across all of the JDM/RHD boards. IVOAC, etc. I'd suggest a big meet up, or several smaller meetups in different areas, so the cars can be seen all over. And protest-style slogans should be plastered all over the cars. Something like IVOAC's "Like my car? Then why doesn't the goverment?" Something along those lines, anyway. Doing this on a weekend would get us the most exposure, especially on sundays.

Just a few ideas I'm throwing out there..

There is going to be a big protest in Quebec some time this summer, if we could coordinate a meet / protest for the same time here in BC and other provinces it would get a lot of media attention and will show that there is a lot of pissed off people all across Canada

Unfortunately it is easily confused that way. The same rush/chances in a lhd car will be safer

Anymore details on when that is happening? When it gets closer to that, we can start a thread in the Western Section to coincide with it. Easterners should do the same.

it's not all of us that are idiots its the ones who have something to prove... the ones who know they drive a nice car and don't need to show off are just as good, if not better drivers than you.
that's the worst comment i have ever read...
obviously u're not the majority of kids under 21 then... good job
please take ur time to comprehend
where did i put "bad driver"?
this has nth to do w/ driving skills, its maturity
schumacher can be ripping down the street does that make him a bad driver?
in general, are all kids immature? no
in general, are kids (16-21 or w/e u wish) more likely to be immature compared to adults (22+)? yes
                          please define ur "bad driver"
                          and.. what nice car?

n there are definitely more "idiots" @ a younger age compared to an older age
im sorry, but for example, like skyline owners, if 1 fks up.. the whole team takes the hit.. like that dude poppin his bee-r in broad day light "having a lil fun" in his car..
much like if u're a kid fkin around in ur "nice car", the more mature drivers who dont fk around will take the hit too
n yes if u're a kid driving around in a skyline u prolly would think u have sth to prove since u got urself a "nice car".. as compared to an adult u likely wouldnt see fit to prove how fast ur car is down a bz street
i didnt say all kids were idiots either.. its jus the douchebag kids im referring to. thank you
