RIP to a fellow rider and GTRCer. Never good news, and my stomach hurts a little as a new rider. Ride safe to those on motorcycles. Whether he was wearing full gear or not, it goes to show how cautious you have to be on a motorcycle. People go down regardless of experience on a bike. Even though we do our best to wear proper gear and be safe we don't always come out on top.
It always tears me up to hear of a loss of a young life. I did not know JP but he sounded like a great guy and obviously touched a lot of lives in the west. R.I.P.
I hope a lot of GTRCers can make it out to his funeral and lay a bouquet on our behalf.
My heart goes out to his family and friends...I didn't know him but still a loss to us as a tight community...may the sun shine on your face and the wind be at your back my friend...RIP.
