He did light the car on fire. Oil from the breathers dripped down onto the dumps and melted some stuff. No serious damage tho.

    RIP buddy. =(

JP's funeral is going to be on thursday at 10:30 am at st Joesephs basillica. 10044 113 st edmonton. His wake is on Wednesday evening at 7:30 pm at mckiney funeral home at 10011 114st edmonton. That would be wed the 15th and thurs the 16th. For those people that cannot make it for the funeral on thurs, try and make it for the wake on wed.

RIP to a fellow rider and GTRCer. Never good news, and my stomach hurts a little as a new rider. Ride safe to those on motorcycles. Whether he was wearing full gear or not, it goes to show how cautious you have to be on a motorcycle. People go down regardless of experience on a bike. Even though we do our best to wear proper gear and be safe we don't always come out on top.

                  RIP

This news breaks my heart. I swapped plenty of PM with JP, but never got to meet him. We were going to meet up at the track this summer.

My prayers are with his family in their grief right now.

                      Condolences from GTRCanada

It always tears me up to hear of a loss of a young life. I did not know JP but he sounded like a great guy and obviously touched a lot of lives in the west. R.I.P.

I hope a lot of GTRCers can make it out to his funeral and lay a bouquet on our behalf.

Just got the message in my FB inbox...

Sad to hear, it hardens me when anyone so young has to go.

God be with his family, and my condolences.
