my R comps spend every winter oustide inthe shed with no real ill effects. I wouldn't leave a car sit on THEM over the winter but other tires (even soft summers) are probably fine.
Honestly, last year when i stored my car, I parked it in the garage with the intention of doing a bunch to it, I didn't even put stabilizer in the fuel or pull the battery out.
I got in it in april and turned the key and started it up, and drove around... didn't even need a jump. Did drive it to the carwash though, it was DUSTY.

-Park car inside
-drain all coolant out (in case heater faults then doesn't freeze and crack block, yes i know antifreeze is good for like -40 I just dont trust it)
-Put car on 4 jack stands
-Crack windows to keep ventilation
-Put battery in basement on wood riser(cement kills batteries usually)
-Begin the tear down
