RHD cars have less appeal than their LHD counterparts. The RHD-JDM-tyte fanboy phase has worn off.

        I still prefer driving RHD.

for some reason. I feel at home driving on that side of the car.

Expect for the obvious downsides of driving on the right side

That's the thing. The skyline does not have a lhd counterpart.

Well, Skylines are inexpensive. To buy, anyway.

I've had about 10 hours of RHD driving,,, left hand turns at the intersection are odd....
even using my mouse and keyboard feel wonky....
I'm okay going back to my jimmy....

but it feels so naturual ,, right hand on the steering wheel and left hand ready on the gear shift ready to drop it down a gear.....

I am not the biggest fan of rhd

left turns in heavy traffic sucks. Especially with an OS twin. The comments from people in traffic/gas stations/parking lots gets so repetitive and almost annoying.

I'd love to have an LHD equivalent...but it just isn't offered, and even if it was, in similar condition it would be way more expensive.

I've had my car for like.. a year now, maybe? I honestly have a VERY hard time getting into one of my parent's cars (yes i live at home shutup) and driving. I find I tend to wander towards the right lines, and when driving on a two way road with double yellows, I always feel like im about to have a head on collision, sitting so close to oncoming traffic

I can hug the left lines in my car and it feels very safe, do it in a lhd car and i feel like im about to die D:!

you guys are pansies about all this...

i drive for a living LHD car obviously as it belongs to the gov't.... and i have ZERO problem going from my skyline to the other car...and i drive to work.

i honestly prefer driving on the right hand side.. i always felt my dominant hand should be on the more important control mechanism... the steering wheel >> stick shift... shifting is easy with the left hand. and the visibility is the same, i notice no difference.

am i the only one that feels this way? maybe im the weird one! lol

hell ya, brosef! Dominant hand on the most imporant part of the car, oooooh yeah. I also find it easier to place my car in the lane in my rhd car. A tiny bit more to the right then I would usually be, basically, is dead center :P

Also, I hate to admit it, but I fuckin' love it when little kids stop and stare as I drive by :P One time, stopped so some 10 year old (or close to it) kids could use the crosswalk. At first they just walked. Then one of them glances over and starts bouncing up and down and yelling "OMGH A SKYLINE!1111". I gave him a wave, a PSHHHH from the BOV and drove away. He watched me all the way down the street, which was like 1km, lol.

I've never experienced any difference or difficulty getting in any LHD car. And I've learned tricks for driving/left turns while RHD. Some intersections there's no way around it, but many others there are.

                            Car much louder now dreadedfist?

Every time I step on the gas, i cum in my pants. well not really, but you get the idea :P I no longer have a skyline that's so quiet that you cant tell it's a skyline based on sound alone.

Now it's loud and obnixious and kids on the street look at me as i drive by.

                              Feels good man... Feels good
