When I get my Skyline, I don't think she'll ever be going to the US. I'll be driving the van down. US border guards can be hooge dicks, and nothing you can do about it. Ah well.

Went down today to do some shopping. The US guard was fine with it but he made fun of my car haha. Conversation went like this:
"What is that? We don't have those cars in the US."
      "It's a Nissan Skyline."
      "A Nissan?"
      "Yeah, it's a Nissan."
"So it's basically just a RHD Sentra?"

      Gave me a good laugh.

On the way back the Canadian guard had a bit of attitude. She made me turn my car off because it "was too loud" and proceeded to go through my trunk, slammed it shut, and then waved us off.....No big deal, but like others were saying, it really just comes down to what mood the guard is in.

        ^ lol

I'm going down on thursday, as I had my new cat back shipped to the border, so i've decided to make a half day trip out of it. But I don't think i'm going to chance it, just going to take my moms Aveo to be safe.
