Maybe for torque lol I heard they don't like much hp above 500whp on stock bottom end. Bad rumor maybe.

Quad racer and every other supra owner would take alot to be this way.

R32 monster there are more cars besides skylines that are incredible cars. If someone wants to try something else out why not. My next project won't be a skyline but yet a old muscle car to see what those v8's can handle. He was a skyline owner a year or two ago and I'm sure he could provide some great knowledge on this forum.

Oh man bad rumour doesn't describe that one about the cummins. Canada has some of the fastest quad cab diesels on earth. Lots of the 9 and 10 seconds dodge diesels in Canada are running stock internals and still registered and street driven, I would actually say more then 1/2. And some of those are over 2000whp! Yes 2000whp, no torque figures available and there are no dyno's around that will measure that.

It makes the wrx feel like a childs toy.

Stock other than a nice axleback exhaust and intake. It is just as fast as my gc8 was, and that was basically running the max it could on the stock internals, and it weighed 450lbs less.

Needs some decent rims, and new tires. And a bit of TLC in general. But nothing major. 2jz purrs like a kitten, all the torque is just beautiful, and the 6spd gearbox is great.

In what sense does it make the wrx feel like a child's toy ? With all the mods you have done to the Rex and the basically stock condition of the supra the Subaru should have been able to embarrass the supra in every aspect. 1/4 mile, 0-60,breaking,and especially cornering and handling. Car and driver tested you wrx stock at a 13.1 quarter vs the results of a stock supra at 13.7 and you had a decent set of bolt on modifications to your car. I have heavily modified R32 GTR and a mildly modified 96 wrx and the wrx rips for basically being stock,almost more enjoyable to drive then R32 when it was close to stock

The only thing about a MKIV is that it looks kinda girlie in my opinion. Too curvy like a chicks toy, but still a nice ride.
