I think most people are pretty oblivious to whether their car is FWD or RWD. RWD is ok for me personally year round, I've driven a lot worse in the winter and survived..Trans Am with bald tires, Eagle Talon with 2 inches of ground clearance..etc. The G has VDC as well so it should handle slippery conditions pretty well. It's a pretty loaded car, feels safe/solid, fast/fun and comfy, so I'm pretty happy DDing it. Only thing I might want to improve is the fuel consumption. I'm averaging 23mpg right now with 50/50 highway/city driving. In mostly city driving the mileage is unspeakable. Guzzles near the same level as my old Corvette.

Anyway, I see that you're in Vancouver, so hopefully I'll bump into you. Maybe even at the Revscene meet.

Wow, I must be old.......I have had nothing but RWD as my daily winter or summer for 25 years. I had a FWD for 2 years once and it was great for doing "Rockfords" (anyone born before 1980 should know what that is) but lame as a winter vehicle.

That statement is just so bizzar to me.....lol.

Any plans to rebadge it as the Nissan that is really is?

        Jon.

Yup! I'd like to install an open front grille and replace the Skyline badge on the trunk lid. For now, the lettering has been removed but the Infiniti logo is still there. I've seen the Skyline lettering on Ebay for about $50 shipped. Kind of expensive for a few letters, maybe I can get it cheaper elsewhere.

          As it sits:

This guy has it right. Better grille, painted headlights, black roof. I'd like to do a lip as well.

I really like that, minus the stupid stance.

Yeah driving a severely lowered car on a daily basis is a pain in the ass. I'd lower it maybe an inch, and space out the wheels a bit. My scraping days are behind me.

                    Looks nice, congrats!

I have a FX35 as a DD with the same exhaust note and I love it. Last summer I picked up an aftermarket exhaust for my (then) S2000 and the seller thought my truck had an aftermarket on lol.

Keep her simple, don't get suckered into the rice field.
