The second one is what you need to hold the horn in.

If you get a proper fitting interior ring than it holds the horn snug in place, no outer ring is needed what so ever.

Forgot to take pics, i'll have to grab some tomorrow!

Thanks! I think I understand. I will Order one of the momo retainer rings.

I thought it was the 2nd one too at first but these guys are saying that its the 1st one. The 1st one is only like $4 at momo so let me get that first. If it doesn't work then I will get the 2nd one.

Snagged some pics before work today,

Here is the metal ring i've been mentioning it should just fit in the center hole..not tight but not with gaps either. it should have a little brim part way down on the outside, the longer side goes in towards the dash.

Then, your horn should have a small metal wire that sticks out a bit like this(mine looks copper in colour). you slide this part up into the interior ring first and then push the rest of the horn button in. this is what keeps it snug and in place!

Final result, looks clean and no chance this thing will fall or pop out.

^ he beat me to it, but yea the first metal ring you posted is the one you need. I got one off ebay for like 7 bucks or something. after you put that between your hub and the wheel. the horn button should fit snugly in place. Those bronze colored sprung metal (seen on the side of the botton two pics up) complete the connection and also hold the button in place.
