this law is generally for 4x4's with bush bar lights which must be covered at all times unless you are offroading and its dark out... lol... it doesnt mention anything about underglow... lol
Not true. As I posted, the legislation requires that they are covered at all times. The intent there being that even if you turn them on, they can't be seen. I know lots of people who speed and have never been stopped and ticketed. Poor point.
