Only if I can get "GTRC NARC" as my title above my avatar ....then I will tell on everyone....lol

Yes i have inpection sheets and what not they were from service in japan and the last one i have is 127xxx km on it. I am going to confront them about it, and either get enought for a full engine Rebuild and tranny overhaul, The syncros seem to be worn out. If he does not want to do this ill tell him to take the car back. Or is will take him to court on this matter i also am seeing a lawyer on friday night about other matters, so i will talk to him on this also.

The only problem with that is you better hope that he doesn't have a bill of sale from Japan with the mileage recorded prior to importation, otherwise, he can deny knowledge and be safe.....and you will be chasing down an entirely new person.

Also, make sure the sheets you have, have the car's serial/Vin ID number on them to tie them to the car, otherwise, simply finding them in the car doesn't mean squat.....

Then this is a blatant disregard for good business practices.....You are all set.

Keep every receipt - gas to get the car home, lunch on the way, 'massage w/happy ending' on the way.....EVERYTHING.

PIN HIS @SS TO THE WALL.......this type of dirty dealing gives all Importers a bad name and it's not fair to the community.

I remember this car from DTP 2 years ago. Also remember that thread from Beyond.ca where he stated it has 91,000kms or whatever.

Man that is one shady shady importer. I would never tamper with a odometer let alone now how too!

Ya 16,000km cars don't have these problems. And 16,000km cars don't have dirty floor mats let alone a scratch on the body in most cases. :hit_head:

You can see in certain areas where they re sprayed parts where it was cratched and what not. He also said it soundedlike misfiring doto the way turbos make them sound.

although a car with 16000km wont have issues usually, i will have to disagree with you on the scratches part. they are a 'common' occurrence and 90% of the scratches on my car came from flying road debris usually
whats going to power my skyline come spring?

to the OP, good luck on resolving your issue, the only question that comes to mind is did you even take a closer look at the car before you handed over the cheque?

we took a good look at it while we were there for 3hrs. We werent taking apart stuff in the motor or anything like that . The interior is extremely clean, Underneith is in excelent shape motor bay and stuff looked really nice.
