be sure to bring a copy of the section of the HTA that explains the requirements.

i keep a copy of that section in my glove compartment just incase that were to happen.

ya i printed those scetions of traffic ack and took em too city hall down town and thay said sry 4 inconvience and dropped it on the sopt ,,,,,thank all for the help even you mark-avry...im getting the tein super street suspention for car and should fix my wheel problem outher then that love the ride .....

Someone should just make a sticker that has that HTA segment in it and stick it on their car. See if they get pulled over for no RHD sign.

this is definately legit

we have to put them on all of our cars we sell as a fail safe
edit: you can definatly fight the ticket. ours are a fail safe.

Unless they change the HTA, anyone who says you need one of these stickers doesn't know what they're doing. Unless Mike is selling cars without turn signals?

Or they passed it as a memorandum in regards to inspections only, like they did in Quebec with the RHD ban.

i really hope they dont enforce that in bc.
i personally think we are better drivers then most of the lhd people around here
i think there should be some fairness. if we have to put rhd signs on i think everyone else should have handicap driver sign without the ability to use the special parking spots!

Just because the OP got a ticket, doesn't mean you need them.
He also said that he took the section of the HTA down to city hall and they apologized for wasting his time and threw it out.

All I'm saying is that maybe whoever has been instructing you to put these on has been misinformed. I would check with someone higher up before you go wasting money putting them on all these cars when they aren't needed.

MTO agents, OPP, local PD... just because they enforce the rules doesn't mean they know them well.

As of July 1st, 2009 the HTA still says the same old stuff about the RIGHT HAND DRIVE sticker.
