Found this tidbit in the paper last week and now online, you guys in MB should get a handle on this. If they make it a 15 year rule instead of the 1995 model year that was mentioned they could concievably prevent new RHD cars from coming into the province without blatantly banning them outright like Quebec did. And if you get into a fender bender, forget it, they will write off the car even if it only has a few scratches.
This sounds like some really cockeyed, tree-hugger idealists are being bamboselled hook, line and sinker by the MB car dealerships.
If someone see's fit to put this in "RHD legal information", please do, this could be a tactic that could spread to other provinces.
