    It was Nissan in Orangeville, the worst part; he wouldn't even talk to me personally. Instead, he was speaking to me through the lady at the desk who was running back and forth from his office to the main desk relaying messages. I could actually hear him talking and the conversation went a little like this:

    reception lady: hey, i have a guy here who needs you to verify a vin for a skyline GTR
    manager: tell him theres nothing i can do, send him away

    She came back out and politely told me there was nothing he could do, she was genuinely sorry and knew the manager was being a douche but there was nothing we could both do. I tried explaining more but the manger wanted noting to do with it. So when I called Nissan they took all the info and I filed a general complaint, hopefully he got what he deserved because the people at Nissan Canada were more than helpful!
