    Front 380mm 2pcs rotor

    Brembo Rear 4pot monoblock

    Rear 345mm 2pcs rotor

And they will go under these (hopefully they'll fit...LOL):

it's not overkill, he's got a monster car. If you can go fast as hell, stopping is good. I regret not going bigger myself...

nothing is overkill on brakes IMO...chassis/handling> power any day any where.

Steve, Don't worry about the 380mm man, They were wayyy overprice compare to the 355mm one. They were $700 more. I was orignially going for 370mm and it's either 355 or 380. So I thought..might as well..fxxk it. 380mm it is.

Nice calipers. Too bad the rotors are cross-drilled, though.

This myth of "bigger is always better" just keeps coming up

At the point where your braking system exceeds the stopping traction of your tires and the diminishing returns of counteracting brake fade, the size, and therefore weight, of your brake rotors and calipers becomes a liability. Remember, brake components contribute to unsprung weight, as potentially do larger rims to fit around them (not saying yours in particular are heavy/heavier, just a general statement)!

            Weight = evil
            Unsprung weight = the anti-christ

^^ Not to mention that all too often I see people run a huge caliper with a crap pad compound. Not saying that's the case here though.

If you are refering to the artical out of SCC that used a RSX with a brake upgrade on a pretty much stock car, you don't really understand what Charles is building and this Brake upgrade will work fine for his application. You gotta figure there is a reason he was going for a 370mm Rotor and went even bigger in the end ...let me tell you if your driving a time attack car, the bigger the brake system is not gonna worry you about unsprung weight.

.... and "too bad your rotors are cross drilled" ....i am not gonna even start with this lol

I'm with this guy, you can only stop as fast as your tires will let you... beyond that it's fade you're combating.

Anyways, these may be overkill but they sure are baller lol

No, I'm not referring to an article about an RSX - it's basic theory in the racing community. If Charles has done his homework and it's suitable for his particular application, then that's fine. I just have a problem with people saying "bigger is always better" - it's not, and it's bad advice.

And I respectfully disagree with you - increasing unsprung weight and rotational mass does impact a time attack run. Not as much than say road circuit racing or autocross, but the theory is still the same and applies in this use case.

Increased unsprung weight will still have the same effect on the suspension, and therefore road holding capability, on a time attack car than on an enduro, road circuit or autocross car. The suspension will be more susceptible to road shock, and will not be able to reach equilibrium as fast, with all other factors being equal.

An increase in rotational mass will still require more energy to accelerate its mass and overcome rotational inertia, and more energy to overcome its rotational intertia and deccelerate its mass. Add to this, as you spread the mass out over an increased diameter (larger rotors, larger rim diameter, etc.), you increase the moment of inertia. The higher the MoI, the more torque you need to accelerate it. In any kind of ciruit racing where you have throttle transitions (turns, traffic, etc.), you need to keep these factors under control.

There's more internet heroes that "talk" about big brakes being a waste over stock than owners that know better. I have big brakes with cross drilled rotors and I assure you I'd outgun a stock setup over and over (in the 60-0), even if the stock setup has hawk pads and "non drilled rotors".

either way, these brakes are badass. I should be doing what you do for a living so I can afford this kinda stuff.

Dizzope C-unit. Your car is gonna be ballaaaaaa. Those will fit no problem. you'll need a small pull in the rear depends on how much camber you want to run. I'm running 10.5 +9 all around with just a roll and they fit fine.
