Hey all, just started working on the paint of the car I picked up last week. First Skyline, though I've always wanted one. Just working on the paint whenever I have time, so these posts might be broken up a bit. So far I've done the drivers door, front and rear fender, and trunk lid. Pleased that the paint on this car isn't super hard, makes it nice to work on! Anywho, here are the shots and process.
Wash
Clay
Meguiars M105 on an Edge yellow wool pad via rotary (sometimes 2x, depending on the depth of the marring in that area)
Optimum Polish on a LC white CCS pad
Topped off with S100 carnauba.
When I'm finished the car, might get the S100 off, and do a couple coats of Klasse Sealant Glaze, then retop with S100.
Befores:

Afters:

Thats all I've done for now, hope that was somewhat entertaining

Brand new KDWs on the rear though, I can't complain.
