Wow this absolutely Blows my mind I have to commend u for undertaking such a detailed manifold build. If u think about the thousands that brand name companies invest in R&D to put one of these into production it's probably a nice chunk of change, and here u are just building one in your garage. Your skills amaze me, take a look through this build this guy had a custome made manifold also and it is just unreal. May give u ideas for your next one
Here at Just Engine Management we've been lucky enough to be building the ultimate R34 GTR from front to back. The owner knew from the start what he wanted but it needed extensive research and development to know whether is was even possible to achieve the specific performance characteristics he ...

                  Thanks for the comments everyone.

So I finished welding the collector. I am going to fuse the inside of the flange to the little bit of collector hanging inside tomorrow. But aside from that it is complete and I will begin the runners now. But this is all for today, I'm toast.

I still need to improve my starts/stops but its only a cosmetic thing at this point. No big deal.

Are you doing shortest length runners or same length? Or going a little more deep in the engineering with flow matched runners? Superb work btw, wish I could I'd have skills like that to make my little design ideas reality lol.

I'm not concerned too much about short vs long or equal flow. I am however aiming for runners as close in length as possible. I did a bit of modelling using bend tech software and sketchup but I'm working as I go. This is version 1.0 and knowing me, I will probably build another after this improving what I don't like.

After driving people home tonight its about 4AM now just got home and I think I'll put some new pics up. #1 done, #2 almost done. These two are extremely close in length. Going to measure exactly tomorrow.
