Some better pictures. Nothing is cleaned up on it yet. Some of the head flange welds aren't the prettiest but the weld puddle was always trying to wash out on me since I was using 1 1/4'' pipe in 1 1/2'' recesses. Lesson learned for next time.
I think my patience paid off. The head flange has almost zero warp. I'm going to run it on a belt grinder very briefly to make sure.
Here you can see in the corner I also welded the insides of the turbine flange.
All that is left is sandblast/coating/a little port work.

Thanks for the comments gents. I didn't weigh it but it isn't light weight. But I'm OK with that, I know this won't crack and it fits exactly how I want.
It is in the car already, I'm trailering it to the dyno in a little over a week. Here are some more.
Here is what it replaces. I modified and fixed this thing multiple times. It is also the reason I have so many scratches in my engine bay from removing/putting it back in so many times.
If anyone wants some help if they decide to build their own, maybe I can help point you in the right direction. PM me and I'll do what I can.
