You mean the part where the fabric is? They used to be grey, but started peeling off last winter. I just finished the job and peeled the fabric off, it's just black underneath. Looks better black, I think.

Yes, i agree, black looks much better. I like the suede fabric though, I'd like to get everything reupholstered in black.

How do you guys get that carbon fiber vinyl wrap stuff on the trip in the center and what not so perfectly? With out seams or air bubbles?

a lot of pulling and stretching. the solution to most of life's problems...so to speak.

you have to heat it up with a heat gun too as your putting it on, go to 3m carbon wraps site and watch how they apply it. Not as easy as applying a big sticker.
