just ran 15.1 on stock gts-t..... dont like it

We raced this weekend, my best time was 12.22 @ 118mph

17 PSI, 2x Garrett GT2850R
I get some turbo shuffle that I have to deal with. Sitting at ~350whp, have a list of parts sitting here for +400hp.

The car can do sub-12, I just need to improve my reaction time (0.9 AVERAGE, ouch).

The Red Baron / GDS motorsport R32 GTR ran 8.02sec with just Bilstein suspension and drag wheels/ drag slicks. Amazing to see stock suspension arms on a 8sec R32GTR, as most would have changed them to adjustable around the 10sec mark.

I think the key is the stock like ride height (due to clearing drag slicks) that reduces excessive camber at rear wheels when rear squats. Same drag slicks, etc that the 7sec HKS R33GTR ran and the current world 4wd record holder, 7sec Heat Treatments GTR runs (produces 1700hp on Methonal).

1700hp is amazing for a 2.8litre engine (HKS shortblock), but Gas Motorsport Supra engine with 0.4 more capacity produces 2041hp -

Damn, I need slicks. I wish I could 60' like that. I'd be a whisker away from a 9 sec pass with my MPH.

Thanks, I'm gonna try and get into 11's on stock turbo's and fuel ect... well you see my mods list, I'm going to run 15psi in sept with better tires and fix a few little things.

The boost controller wasn't working for some reason for the first half of the day. Near the end it started to work and it was set at low boost, I didn't know why so I left it alone and ran it like that. I was also getting some tire shake at low boost in 2nd gear and need to take care of that before I run it at 1.5bar.

Hooked hard though, the worst part was trying to find the sweet spot in the launch technique. Not worried about the motor, more worried about the tranny.
