It all started with my first sighting of an R33 GTR as a 5-year old. My mother was driving on the highway, and me being excited about the speed, I unbuckled my seat-belt and peeked out the window to see the cars slowly zooming by. All of a sudden, I hear a loud grumble, and a "tssss" sound. I look towards my right and see a Midnight Purple R33 GTR speeding up the lane! It put the other cars to shame, for all I could see was that single car. As the driver zoomed past my mother's Subaru Legacy, it lead out a huge backfire, scaring my mom and I out of shoes. She began screaming at the driver, looked back at me without the seat-belt, and then took her anger out on me LOL. It was okay though, I was still mesmerized by the R33-it was just so darn aggressive and beautiful! It was this car(and the lancer evolution) that sparked my interest in cars. As years passed, and my knowledge of cars has grown, I still don't know much about the engine bay of Nissan's Godzilla. I want to know more than the exterior parts-I want to learn how to mod, tune, or know which is which once I see an engine bay of a Nissan. Basically I'm here for help on learning about RBs and Sr20s(I kind of want a s13 later on when I have enough money LOL). A friend told me that he learned a lot from here, so voila, here I am! I believe that once I learn what I need to learn about the engine and modifications, my dream of owning an R33 will be that much closer. I'm also here to continue the familiy tradition of owning Datsun's/Nissan's high performance cars(Grampa owned a C10, Dad owned a S30, I plan owning a fairlady or R33 Sooner or later.) Lol, basically I'm a student, and you all are my teachers/colleagues! Sorry for the long post haha.

Why am I here: I was a kid who alway wanted to own a r32 skyline ever since i was 13 when my parent bought me a nissan r32 skyline remote control cars for my 13th birthday , ever since been a fan of nissan forever and owned my self one of the nissan (sentra) before i was old enought at 18 to figure it out that nissan skyline are forbidden to drive on US mainland. so my dream had shatterned. then life changed at that moment when i work 2 jobs to have enought money and save up for schools and cars hobby, 1 years later i purchased a 91 300zx , and drove it stock at 129k miles until motor blew and then BOOM, a 530HP z32 motor was born , then later down the road, i sold the z32 for 12k and purchased my self a 96 240sx immidiately with the money that i had left, and built the 240 into a drift machine with sr20det pushing 430hp with s15 spec r front end , Again i drove it for 2 years then i acquired my self a 350z 06 6speed manuel at 76k for 12k about 3 years ago , till now i never look back and alway stay on nissan side, but then one days i was just driving around to go to work and saw an r34 state legalize skyline in ARIZONA ( TWO OF THEM IF YOU ASKED FOR HOW MANY DID I SAW ) driving around the street and i asked the driver to how to legalize and he wouldnt spill the beans. Then i been doing a research for almost 1 months now on how can i import a skyline legally to drive on us soils but cant seem to find a definite answer but just all mixed stories and such.

What i am here for is that to seek help from you guys as one of the guys on nico forums pointed me to come here and ask someone or somewhere that can help me to get my self an r32.

i owned an 06 350z with alot of stuff dones and i found a guys or a kids that own a 1991 nissan skyline and i wanna trade him and he also wanna trade me his skyline . now what i want to know and main point is that what do i need to do or fill out some paper or what step from beginning to the end to legallize the skyline r32. His car is not registered but he said he can registered as a 89 r 32 so it would be legals in US on August -2014 also and gave me a canada title and bills of sales and such so i can bring it or drive it to US where i live and then legallize it from here...so i am asking u guys to pin point me as a great mentor to help me and show me what i need to do ..and trade him and what he need to show me or give me such paperwork so i wont have any problem...

Why am I here: I have been an avid car enthusiast ever since I can remember. From the first Super Street magazine I flipped open I knew this was my world. I built an SR22 about 5 years ago and put down fairly good numbers for a 4 banger but always craved more. I pursued that passion and became a Red Seal Certified Technician in Alberta. Since then I have worked my way up in the trade and am now a proud Service Manager of a successful private dealership. I am now looking to begin a full build on an rb26 or 30 if I manage to find one and what better place to look than here!
