Why am I here: My whole car obsession started out with the r32 skyline back when i was 16-17 yrs old. Recently a friend of mine's truck was stolen and burned so after he found out how much money he was getting from his insurance company i started showing him several skylines in his price range and have finally convinced him that he needs one. We have been looking at a particular one in town, and i have found a couple parts that i can't seem to find any information on and hope that you guys here might be able to help me out.

New gtr owner

Hi, Fellas.

Newb here


I recently got a gtr as a trade for my jdm fd, its my second gtr, i sold the first one because it was nothing but a nightmare. It had a rare low mount single turbo kit on it, the manifold cracked and it took me six months to source another one, that and other problems made me glad to see the back of it.

So i got an FD, good car but i missed the skyline a lot. I found another one, stock this time, it has had the motor and turbos refreshed, valve job ect......
It's got an R33 head which im quite proud of (not sure why). The body is it quite a bad state, needs both bumpers, skirts, some dent and rust repairs, its going to keep me quite occupied for the summer.

I will probably have a few questions when i can post, I promise to search first.
