Why am I here: Ive been in the import scene since before I got my licence. I originally had a 91 EF and moved onto multiple EG's. I currently have a project on the go which is a b16 boosted EG. Although I have much love and respect for Honda it's time ive moved onto something different and a skyline has always been a dream. Im hoping to find this forum usefull on either finding a local skyline or sourcing one from japan!

Why am I here: Hello all.
I am excited to be a member here and hope that I will find knowledgeable people willing to lend a bit of that knowledge to a newcomer. I live in the United States where until the R35, we never got any Skylines. They are extremely rare here and there is a great deal of effort one must go through to aquire one of these cars.
Last Saturday I got one! Mine is a black 1991 R32 GTR. I already love the thing but it needs some work. In order to get it, I traded away a 1994 Supra tt. It was tough to see that car go, but am very happy with the one I have now.
Because all cars sold in the states are left-hand-drive, driving this right-hand-drive one really weirds people out! I love all the gawking and finger pointing the car gets at traffic lights, and I thought a couple of high school kids in their modified civic were going to crash their car when they passed me going the other direction.
To make it clear just how rare these are here, at the age of 30, I have seen 3 Skylines my entire life until I got mine, and of those 3, not one was an R33. I have never seen an R33 in person!
I also have a 1998 Ford Mustang Cobra which is a blast to drive, but for completely different reasons than the GTR.
I have had several VW GTI's and hope to one day own an NSX.

Why am I here: Have been, for lack of a better term, in love with skylines since the age of 16. And I have been browsing this forum for a while until recently acquiring a 1995 MNP GT-R (which still resides in its home country.....for now)

Why am I here: As the years go on, Skyline's have open my eyes and I've realized that they are best performance car in the world. I'm in the middle of looking for one here in T.O. I was a true lover of Honda's, but everyone has them now and you see them everywhere. Honda does make a great vehicle, but the skyline stands alone.

Ethnicity: French Canadian
Location: Shilo, Manitoba
What I do: Canadian Forces Soldier, Sig Op to be precise
Why am I here: I have been a member of here for a while, i joined because i learned of the skyline when i turned 18. Almost like a love at first sight, i saw a Black BNR32 at a local car show and desided to do more research on the subject. during the research i stumbled upon this site and its many banks of knowledge. Now i actively search and hope to find a BNR of my own while supporting the community oh and i tend to be a self proclaimed gearhead.... aka i like learning about and working on maintenance and modifictions. BNR to the end!If you dont want to stand behind our troops, feel free to stand in front of them
