Gidday guys, I have joined your forum after seeing an advert from your member "Abe" selling his Haltech computer and dash combo on my forum Skylines Australia. It looks like we've made a deal and shortly the gear will be on the way downunder to be fitted to this,
I'm 48, married 20 years, two kids, own my business for 24 years as a carpet cleaner/pest controller and water damage restoration and fire restoration specialist from Brisbane Australia.
I owned a mildly modified 1996 R33 GTR from 2002 till 2007 when it was stolen and never recovered.
The car above is what I've been waiting 6 years for and is currently at my mechanics getting sorted before I get it on the road.
Fun times ahead.
Hope you guys all had a great Christmas and have a fantastic New Year, cheers Chris.

Why am i here?: importing a 89 GTST with a July build date. Looking to develop some more knowledge of the platform and things that might need to be addressed when it arrives. been around the car scene for almost a decade now, did my first motor swap in my 92 S13 hatch in 2007 and love the hell out of the CA18DET. Bought a 6spd brembo G35, drove that and modded it for a few years, sold the hatch after a year of owning a car with AC and heat and power seats. Got a cooperate job and needed a nicer daily (cobble stone and lowered cars don't mix at all) and bought a CX5 and used the money from the mods on the G35 to buy TWO mint stock 5spd S13s. Sold the first S13 after investing ~70 bucks into it fixing little things and made all the money back I spent on the two S13s coupes. Modded the 2nd S13 with the money acquiring a bunch of fun JDM stuff and things I never had with the first S13. Was about to swap the S13, husband was pushing for an FJ20, but I wanted an RB25.... met up with Steve from Rivsu imports and started talking. After a ride in his R31 I was pretty hooked in another R chassis. Put a down payment the next day on a black 89 R32 GTST, sold the S13 with all the mods on it to the first guy who saw it and used the money to pay off most of the R32.
Had a truck in the that time, bought a house and got married to a mazda a guy. Currnetly here reading, adding my two cents when necessary, and maybe shopping well I wait for my r32 to arrive. already got a spare bedroom full of parts including the interior of a whole R33, new carpet, and other fun stuff.... by July it will probably be silly. Some people may know me I have been on Zilvia, nico, 6mt, G35driver, and much more in the years I have been around.
Sounds like the gtst is going to be a fun ride, I think you just bought the greddy spats from me welcome to the skyline club! Pretty elusive in the us (until this year)
91 gtr , 93 rx7 type r and a multicolor 240 スカイライン

That's me. It already has a cusco cage, M's intake, Blitz BOV, Nardi wheel, what look to be BRS poisons (Work Equips) and more. Once it gets state side I will be able to put it up on the lift and really dig into what all is in there. Trying to hold back ordering too much stuff, as I don't want to change something that is already upgraded.

Hello GT-R Canada,
Was lucky enough to have experienced a JTC event as a young boy and has been in love with the BNR32 ever since. I've owned a 32, 33, 34, while living in Japan and is now looking for a 32 once again!
Don't really browse or troll internet forums so this will be a first. Hope to meet great people and possibly learn a thing or two.
Hey Guys , My names Shawn i live in Sudbury Ontario and i own a 95 skyline gtr vspec (r33), I am here to learn a thing or two and maybe help out with issues i have been thru with skylines. See you guys around.
hello. my name is mark. i live in tucson,az. i have a 93 skyline gtst type m. no idea what type m means but anyway. ive been told to join this forum for awhile. so i finally made a account. probably the best decision ever. Im doing a rb20 build, i know there some challenges ahead for doing this but im up for it.
Hi
I'm cole, I now live just outside of saskatoon close to vanscoy I've been into Jdm cars all my life, I'm from South Africa where I owed a supra (2jzgte) and then a skyline r34gtr, being from South Africa we have not many import laws besides if a vehicle is produced in our country we can't import one and a skyline and supra both weren't imported except for the old skylines, since I moved to canada I owned a Mitsubishi evo 4 white and sold it a few months ago, and a 1995 240sx s14 red. That's pretty much all the cars I've owned that are worth talking about, and now I own a 1991 skyline GTR.
