I'm sorry, I have to say something here - I bought my GTR for 19000 (ok, maybe it was too much), and I just spent about 12000 on the engine, and now I see this - which is EXACTLY what I am trying to do to my car - for 24000. How can life possibly be that unfair.. aww heck...

Working my way to getting my car sold which could mean that your car would then possibly become mine! I hope that i am able to sell mine soon so i can finally buy yours... And if i dont i hope this car goes to a loving owner!

the car has been sitting.
Today I had an oil change done
cleaned the air filters and maf's
changled the idle a bit and generally got it running much better
I had been starting it each month but it was running really rough, much better now
Slowly drove the old fuel out of the tank and put some new 94 in
I must say, that thing is FAST
it is the first north of 500hp vehicle that I have ever been in and it was nice
didnt push it hard though. probably didnt event hit 500hp
still need to get the fuel filter changed next week and have the tune re-checked next week just for safety's sake

Anyway, there's an upadate. Took some pics today, should have them up maybe tomorrow or the next day.
Im going to track it june 1st and Ill have another update
im very very tempted to go ahead and register it here for the summer months
would be nice to bring it out to the skywest meet
Price will go up accordingly

hey man , you gotta remember that thing has hks cams in it , it will never idle like a regular gtr .
Also i wouldnt have anything changed with the tune on the power fc , it is a little rich but you are better off that way .I ran that car for two years , with at least 4 or 5 trackdays for the year and had no issues with tuning < so if its running good i would leave it man , i mean it is your car so you can do as you please , but its just my opinion . Im actually thinking about buying back this car.

I love HKS cams.. Hell i love any Cams in a GTR.. I love the Random idles..

I would buy this car.. but i have to get rid of my other cars.. ;-(
