Due to changes in circumstances, I am having to cancel this build.
Just got everything back from the machine shop.
Parts list:
-RB26 N1 block, 86.5mm bore
-r33 crank (original proper oil pump drive)
-Wiseco 86.5mm pistons w/rings. These are their new Armour glide pistons.
-K1 technologies con rods
-ACL rod bearings
-ACL main bearings
All work including assembly was done by Cetus of Calgary. I brought them lots of coffee.
Work List:
-Bore & Hone cylinders (they had the pistons prior to doing this)(piston to block clearances are what wiseco recommends plus a tiny bit more)
-Resurface Block
-Resurface Cylinder head
-Crack check block by magna flux
-Grind and polish crank shaft- for perfect bearing fit
-Balance full rotating assembly, from crank pulley to flywheel. Flywheel used is for an osgiken TS2CD clutch, which I will include, but you should get a rebuild kit for the clutch as the disks are pretty worn out (just under a grand, compared to about 2 grand for the clutch, so that saves you some money)
-Full assembly of the block. I did not touch any of this, which I know I shouldn't.

Pistons and con rods before they went in:

The head:

Parts you will still need to get:
-timing belt (i can throw in a tomei if I get asking price)
-new headstuds
-87mm headgasket....MLS will be perfect because both block and head have been resurfaced.
-You oil pump of choice.
I have receipts for all parts and work done.
Asking price for block and head is $6500, no cores required (lol). will ship it to anywhere in canada, and you will have a fast turnaround time with getting a car back on the road with a forged bottom end.
