before i got my skyline as a project car me and my dad were going to build a Superformance daytona coupe kit car. we found that importing the kit is very costly and time consuming, you have to hire a broker and arrange shipping for a car that doesn't roll. You cant import a kit car if it is assembled in any way or if it has a drivetrain.
There is a government website that explains it in detail I dont recall what it is. the K1 might be different, is it from the states or europe? that may be a factor too.
does that kit need a donor car for suspension and drivetrain or is it a fully unique kit. i like it looks really cool.

It has to be a registered kit. So you have to email the company and see if their kit is legally allowed into the country.

Keep every single receipt that has anything to do with any part for the car. Basically all you need is proof of where and how you aquired every part.

Also if buying the chasis, it needs to be from a registered manufacturer.

Check out insurance first too, you don't want to finish a car then deal with a possible hassle.

a buddy of mine has a M400 Noble in Ontario, so i cant imagine it being that hard to register a K1 attack as it was made in the states.....wasnt it?
