      Good info for you Daryl.
Very interesting post, thanks for that JZ.
I was aware that Tees is the parent company of Bride. I didn't know that they bought out the original Bride company at some point. Regardless of who is actually making the seats, Bride Japan is Bride Japan, the real deal. There are a lot of other fakes out there that are not Bride Japan.
Tees is also located in the Nagoya area, not far from where I am located as well, thats interesting as well, perhaps they kept the same building as before.

Here is a list of links showing the differences between real Bride seats, and fake ones. The pictures on the left of each PDF is the copy seat, the right is the real Bride Japan seat. Be careful guys!

P.S. I tried to find info online in Japanese about Linear seats, but nothing came up, does anyone have a url for them?

So thats what those marks are :P LMAO hahahah

as for Bride seats yeah someone registered the name outside and now they are "authentic"

as for Canada if you want to ensure yours are authentic the main importer for canada that all retails in canada must buy from is invision autosports in Alberta, they are also the national distributor for Volks as well as other jdm brands like JIC magic, so you can ask invision if they are an authorize dealer to confirm if they are authentic.

for the States its Tee-s USA, they are the official distributor of bride down there but yeah Tees = bride same seats, they are connected/linked to the japanese outfit...

Tee's = From what I've been told, they were able to obtain the name from the original factory in court because they registered the BRIDE trademark in the US. (see: bride-racing.com) From what I heard, Tee's now makes their seats in both Japan and Taiwan. Now that Tee's holds the rights to the BRIDE brand, if it doesn't come from Japan or Tee's, I wouldn't touch it.

The factory that made the original BRIDE seats will have a new lineup with new branding. LINEAR for Japan, and VICE for everything outside Japan. Things are underway but no products have been officially released yet.

Either way, no matter who is actually making Brides, they are still sweet seats.
To Chris RB, we provide stroking at no extra cost. As always it is included in our service.

It might seem like a lot but I spent $1600 on my Vios3 low max and a rail and its worth every penny in my mind.

Do it Daryl! Seriously, you will not feel like you wasted any money. I honesty want one for a office chair, but that would be rather expensive lol.

The only downside is when you bring your car somewhere, people always ask to sit in it... I never say "no you cant" but I always cringe at the thought of a rip or stain lol.

Also, I got a question. Why is it that everyone with an aftermarket seat, may it be from a Civic up to Pro-cars, use recaro or Sparco? Is there a reason why they rarely use Bride?
