I seen a beater Firefly with a Tropic Hawaiin (?) Fruit Punch tap in their glove box. That was pretty funny. All the guys would hang around his car and sip their juice in the parking lot at our highschool

Well, since this is a winter beater modification thread I thought I'd post this up.

My winter beater has turned into my year round car. And since it seems to be getting hotter every day and my car doesn't have A/C I thought I'd give window tinting a try.

$14.00 for window tint and $11.00 for the install kit with dvd how to.

I screwed up the first one so bad, I had the tint backwards so I had to think quick and clean the other window and stick it on. ROFL, it looks terrible but it actually made the interior of my car 110% colder!!

View from the back window, I'm gonna fix the defroster lines before tinting the back window. Just showing how dark the interior is.


This is the first attempt...complete fail...bubbles and dirt.


Inside with window half down, hurray for ultra dark 2.5% tint.


And window completely closed. It's SO DARK that the camera turned on the auto flash!!!

do like Julian in TPB does, connect a hose from the windshield resevoir and run it thru the interior, and when you press 'the button', your favourite drink comes squirtin out the hose, into the cup in your cupholder! genious!

alright, i'm torn guys! i want the pirate flag in my back windows, but if i tint them i probably won't be able to see the flag through the tint. which is better?!

well i found a genuine whac-a-mole machine for 4500 bucks but that's alot more than the car's worth and way too heavy! so how about this one? could be entertaining for 30 bucks
