The letter is a little much talk to the guy and see, that letter if i saw it stuck under my wiper would most likely enrage me even more like who the **** is this guy to dictate what looks good on MY car. And if he is the punk type to wake up and find one of my cars keyed tires slashed or window broken I would be like maybe I should have talked to him properly. and addressed the situation. Happened with my GTR with the apexi N1, neighbor complained it awoke his baby when i left for work at 2am, said okay, and said I would take it easier on the throttle when leaving. But to each there own. I would have addressed the exhaust issue and that only and in person. Not do all that, if anything i find that letter insulting, and the reason the car is trimmed like that is because its his and he enjoys it he did it with his money and his time, so your opinion on what it looks like should not matter. Comment on the exhaust and quit badgering ricers on there poor choices of vehicle mods Just my .2 cents if you want a calm neighborhood

I don't see anything wrong with giving your neighbor a letter voicing your concerns with noise, but try to tone down the "I'm better than you attitude" because it definitely shows through in the letter.

Another thing is that you may want to remove the "Please take no offense" at the beginning because you follow through with offending him :P (well, it would offend me)

I have admit if I were to receive this letter i would laugh at it, crumple it up into a little ball fill a couple of water balloons with diesel and hit your lawn with them. Do what real people do and talk to him. Dont expect him to listen though.

im going to have to agree with what some members have said, address just the noise complaint,if you can talk to the owner in person and say could you tone it down a bit
without mentioning your neighbours by car or by name hopefully the owner will be reasonable
and saya ok i didnt know i will lay off the gas pedal in the morning/evening

leave it at that without bashing the car maybe the owner knows no better in a/m mods
and likes the car as is, is building it the way they like it
everyone has their own taste in cars ,example i went to a import car show there was a few hondas there,one was pink i gave them a quick glance but i had/have no right to say anything or write a note and say ''your car looks like s@#t''
