  • Stories??

For anyone who has time to read it, or look, I'm starting a blog with short fictional stories about people and their Japanese cars.

I've put up the first story, so if anyone has time to look or wants to, comments are always welcome.

    Regards,

    Steve.

Why must you always be so "special"?

              ignorant author

"Having come for a small trip from Hong Kong, she wasn’t familiar with driving on the right side of the road"

"Chinese drivers were supposed to be bad, right?"

first of all in HK its rhd so why would she have an issue with driving

second, i dont think driving ability is based on race/backround but more on the individual.

do your research b4 u write a story

I just skimmed through the story.

                    Its too dramatic.

Also, you can't drive a car from Hong Kong to Japan. There's an ocean in the way.

Daikoku Futo is a rest stop, and yes you can certainly see Jeeps there. No one will care nor make comments to you for what you drive there. "Domo domo" means "thank you thank you".

Add some meaningless sex in there too for good measure...

Well gee guys, it's a good thing this is a work of FICTION, eh guys?

Yeah he's got some realism errors but this isn't a school report nor is it anything but a personal work effort on his part. Have any of you -- and I'm talking to everyone on the forum here -- actually enjoyed a book before, or are you all ignorant of the arts and are compelled to bash any expression of it here?

Correct me if I'm wrong, CDguy, but this was for fun right?

You communicate your passion pretty well in writing, Steve, and it's nice to see our collective interest on this forum conveyed in a manner other than in debates over our differences... and you've got a lot more balls than half of the guys in here posting your personal work on a site where everyone's hostile to you. That demands respect. Good on you.

this is so bad, it's like a 23 year-old virgin wrote a plot and dialogue for a porn film.

I showed this to others without mentioning the poster's previous reputation, and they were like:
