i'm asking because i'll probly buy a friend's dad's NA miata with my dad, and i might do a bit of track with it, so i'll have to put in the roll bar, but my dad will still want to use the hard top for DD

The bar I bought is SCCA legal, works with the soft top (non glass window version) and work with the hard top.

i don't think it matters who or what cars you "dust", they're not gonna think different. Some guy in a v8 miata ripped passed me, obviously not gonna be able to catch him but its nice driving a car that doesn't have people laughing when i stop at a light lol.

Your car will be insane no doubt but a GT-R is nicer no matter how fast the miata.
