It doesnt matter what those two guys did before they were on the ground. They still shouldnt have been kicked. If you are a cop, you have to be able to control yourself. **** this guy.

Those were some solid GSP knees, whats the deal with the person unconscious laying on the ground in the back ground with a crowd around him ?
Whatever happened earlier there was no need for the excessive force on the last guy, that cop prob got a bad text or something lol"LAG is the time the guy beside you thought he won"

the story as ive read was 6-8 guys where stomping on one guys head...
the cop in yellow was not using excessive force, he was commiting acts of "aggrevated assault "
he walks up to a guy whos already in handcuffs and boots him a couple times then walks over directs a guy to get down(he does) and then a cop in blue comes over and tackles him into that rock which ends up getting his left arm pinned underneath him... the cop in yellow then boots and knees the guy who is unable to comply with the directions being demanded of him becuase he doesnt have mobility... if the cops had asked him to " get down on your stomach and place your hands behind your back" he prolly would have...
both the cop in yellow and hte cop in blue are gonna get 2-4weeks of paid vacation timeHow many kids with A.D.D. does it take to screw in a light bulb?

the cops job is not to JUDGE or carry out punishment on any law that has been possibly broken, that is up for a JUDGE to decide. this cop stepped over the line and should get thrown in the same cell as the guys he beatOriginally posted by canadianjoker View Postbah. i dont give two shits if the cop booted him in the face now, should have went for a couple more. How many kids with A.D.D. does it take to screw in a light bulb?

thats great and all, but our so called justice system is BullSh*t. im sick of seeing people get a little slap on the wrist and let go, maybe next time buddy will think twice before stomping on some ones head.Automotive photos from around the Pacific North West.

but heres the thing, we dont know who did what... and neither did the cop, what if the guy who pointed buddy out pointed to the wrong person? what if that person was you?Originally posted by canadianjoker View Postthats great and all, but our so called justice system is BullSh*t. im sick of seeing people get a little slap on the wrist and let go, maybe next time buddy will think twice before stomping on some ones head.
this is why we have a justice system... you may think its a joke, and alot of the time people do get away with alot and then there are those who do nothing and get life... but having vigilante justice(which is what this cop did) is not the answer and is not acceptable...
do the people who jumped someone deserve to be beaten? IMHO yes they do, but then the people who beat them deserve the same justice and so on and so on...How many kids with A.D.D. does it take to screw in a light bulb?

I concur.
What if one of those kids were just at the wrong place at the wrong time and was accused of being one of the douches?
What if one of those douches had a medical history that could lead to severe internal bleeding or laceration of organs?
I've heard of freak accidents where someone accidentally nudged a person (with organ problem/difference) and they later needed an emergency surgery to remove their pancreas as it was completely lacerated and was internally bleeding heavily.
The law system is there to punish those who break it, (albeit ours is very lenient at times) but it does not permit those who enforce it to break it to get even)
And also, the story of "the guys who were stomping on another guy's head" is also rumour that has not been proven, only an allegation at the moment (if that allegation is even the real allegation at the moment). Evidence would have to prove that to be true. Right now, we don't do the full story but the only justified fact is that the officer in yellow broke the law kicking cooperating suspects who were defenseless at the time (defenseless or not, they should not be kicked like that, let alone with those boots)

Wow I thought this stuff was only that bad in the U.S. "Can't we all just get along?"
Unbelievable!! This over-zealousness (putting it lightly) is ridiculous. I agree, we don't know the full story but I can't think of anything that justified that.
I agree with many of you I am tired of some (not all) cops that abuse their position..."Protect and to serve" I know that some of them hate the system, hate the general public but that is crazy.....More POWAH=More PWNAGE!
