The playoffs have been the same for the last 5-6 years (except the NHL strike off year)

bandwagon for life. The radio talked something like how "it's like a relationship, and you shouldn't walk away when the other fucks up" but I laughed hard because this isn't a relationship. It's faakkking fraud and false hope for the naive fans. Relationship my ass, yeah kinda like the relationship where the guy devotes all his energy and money for a chick but she never puts out and comes home every saturday mornings with make up smeared on her face after a "get together with a few friends" the night before.

O'Brien got high-sticked (real bad) right infront of a ref, pouring blood; no call. .

of course there was no call... he got cut open on a follow through on a shot... thats why there was no call... learn your hockey

Yes... BUT in the past I've seen that called as a high stick. And he drew blood which is usually a bigger penalty.

And the hit on edler yesterday was on the verge of being boarding. And he got ******* stepped on with a skate. I hope Byfuglien gets his ass BEAT in Chicago's next series. Someone needs to show him he ain't god's gift to hockey. Anyone else want to gouge his eyes out every time the camera cut to his face? It's the effect his little pouty face has on me.

im only a playoff fan. i dont care about hockey until everyone acts like the canucks are the second coming of christ. I've been like this since I was like 3. The highlight of my bandwagon hockey fandom occured in 1994 when we where |--| <-- this close. Now I'm used to us never getting anywhere :P

well if the pens had played all game like they did in the 2nd period that game would have gone differently...

the officals actually did a good job tonight calling an even game, unlike the last 3 games where there were a ton of bad calls, non-calls and completly wrong calls...

i think this is good for the pens though they were beat by what they beat everyone with last year... a never give up die hard attitude... some of the players this playoffs looked tired and didnt seem to care that they were even there... i know a couple guys are up on there contracts(restricted free-agents) and with there pisspoor performance they should be able to resign them for cheaper or trade them for better prospects... which will give more cap room for other guys... guys like semin(unrestrited free agent) from washington, who has done not a whole lot for the caps because hes always overshadowed by ovi... semin would replace kunitz on the top line, kunitz would go to the 2nd line... with the speed and skill of semin it would be good... but alas prolly a pipe dream...
