I agree with the OP here..
If i order a pizza, and it gets to me cold.. I still get the Pizza. and i get the money..
He ordered the Wing, and Paid for it, at that point its now his..
The Shipping insurance is for the BUYER, as the Seller at this point is shipping a Part that's no longer his.
If the Part arrives broken, the part is still the Buyers, (he did pay the Seller in full) and he he also deserves whatever cash to pay for the broken part.. this is common sense.
Why would the seller get to keep insurance money for a part thats not His..
this seems very simple to me.. mabe the way business is done out on the west coast is different.. I would be pissed if i was the buyer as well.
