I've been looking around for one myself and there was one for $11k with 99k on it but I can't afford it right now. My buddy actually bought his for 7 grand with 140k on it or something like that which is quite low for these cars. In Matty's price range you can definitely find a clean one. Actually there is on on Auto Trader in like North Bay I believe that has 130kms and going for like 8 gs.

^^ those are so hard to find though
usually asking price is ridiculusly high, or mileage is

i'd rock one of those anytime, my buddy easily get 1200km+ / tank

In that price range if I was looking for something sensible I would get MK4 Golf TDI, it's not that homo with some nice wheels and coilovers and you can't beat the mpgs. The car below is my buddys.

Ive been looking at importing another EVO from the states but nothing decent for sale in NY state right now. I dont have the time or patience to shop out of state either. I live right on the NY border so its convenient.

Been talking with a few STi owners in the budget range and none of them seem to want to sell their car (even though it is up for sale). They dont get back to you on any question and just dont seem to care. Maybe they dont think im a serious buyer or something.

The things with Audis is that if something goes wrong, they aren't necessarily the cheapest to fix, compared to a very common japanese comparable vehicle (sti lol)

i would say like these guys something sporty and awd. a4 or 6 w quattro or even a gcar 35 or 37. although even an 08 or 09 37 would be tight to impossible in decent shape for 16. sti is great too.
