Just saw the thread and wanted to give a little advice if you want to change turbos in a single day.
Double & Triple check that you have all of your parts ahead of time, that means all of the copper washers, all of your gaskets, studs for the new turbos, some replacement nuts, washers & bolts for all the ones that are stripped or lost during dis assembly.
As a point of reference, look at all the parts you get when you order a turbo kit (albeit, a very awesome, high end kit) http://www.tomei-p.co.jp/_2003web-ca...s_rb_set_b.jpg
And that's not including everything for the manifolds or dump pipes.
For tools, I'd recommend a couple of good socket sets, wrench sets, an impact gun, torque wrenches, line wrenches, anti-sieze, spray silicone lube and, if you can find one, a midget for getting hands into places that the rest of us simply can't reach.
For an idea of what you'll be up against, check out cortexx's build thread on the GTR build-up cars thread, and GOOD LUCK!
