So whats the Plan for the Cruise..

Going Up Friday afternoon??

If you're entering in the poker run, I suggest shooting to arrive in Kamloops around noon.

As for staging for the show Saturday morning, where should we meet? I think Ben's idea of meeting at the courthouse downtown is good. Close enough to the entry point, easy to get to, and far enough away so we're not in the way organizing outselves.

no im not doing the poker run..

im just getting there the night before, so i have time to wash the car and stuff before the show the next morning..

2 Locations

We should come up with 2 locations to meet up, one for the poker run and one for the show.


Most of you will not be in the poker run, however if we meet up around 7PM and make and appearance as a group in the wrap-up area of the poker run that would look good to everyone in the commity that we are a serious organization (aren't we always serious LOL).

CourtHouse (backside/south) is a good place before the show. Lots of smooth paved parking to give your ride that final dust-off and W.H.Y.


For the night before may I suggest the SuperStore parking lot then a quick cruise through downtown/North Shore, then over to A&W on the reserve.

just to warn everyone danno will probably do a drive by heading up the hill to clean his car at 7am

as for down here the earliest i can get off work would be 4pm. we should set a meeting spot to gather in abbotsford before we head to the canyon.

In front of my apartment would be nice! lol - it's just off MacCallum and there's enough room for several cars...but I'm new to this area and don't know any other good bigish places here. I'm off Holland ave and MacCallum...

Okkkkay so here I am thinking that Hot Nite was in June for some reason, and then I clicked on the link to the site and realized its in August... so I'm going to come!!! And thats awesome that we're going to be theme!

I'm filling out my registration form right now, will mail it out tonight or tomorrow morning once I can find my cheque book!

So under the category we're going to be judged under, should I just write down that I'm going to be a part of the GTRC Theme and then they'll judge me under that? Or do I choose something thats already on here?

Ahh so Friday is just for the poker right? That doesnt involve any showing of cars, correct? Its just for the car owners to go play poker together?
