ROTA GTR precise explanation???

Lol, again. All stupid comments. Not everyone has money to throw at ridiculously priced wheels Charles Rota has been used with much success in Europe, most notably in the BDC and other drift championships. They'll work well for most whatever you need them to do. This has been addressed multiple times, and why Rota still has such a bad name in NA while Europe has embraced them fully is beyond me. The wheels you're looking for as stated above are the Rota P45r. As for the concave, that comes as a result of lower offset. Easy to find these for sale all over the place.

I have no issue with rota if they are not directly copying other people..For the price of rota..I would pay couple hundred more and get a set of gramlight or RPF1.

I dunno if these are knock-offs ... from what I what I see these rims are baller and the real mccoy. Take note of the hub. No lug nuts. IE indy style ... i honestly forget wat it is really called but it only has one lug, im drawing a blank right now. If anyone knows could they please chime in.

lol. those are real LMGT4's but they aren't a real single lug wheel.. its just a centercap that covers up the bolt holes :P

Those are Rota P45r, LMGT Nismo knock offs. People put Nismo stickers because they are stupid and want the feeling of having a legit rim, when really its just a cheap Knock off.

Haha that's exactly the problem though. If you don't have a couple hundred extra dollars you're stuck between buying used (which could very well be compromised by previous owners abuse) or you buy a set of new wheels from a company like Rota. I'd agree that supporting the original brands is maybe the more "heart warming" and "legit" thing to do. However, when there are now brands that are a decent, proven quality and are not a ridiculous price (which is generally charged based on a name anyways), people shouldn't be shunned for buying them.

Haha I have no problem with Rota's and agree that the price for legit wheels is a little outrageous. But I cant stand people who try and claim that there knock off Rota's, Sportmax, etc. are legit. Dont do that ****, leave the stickers off, and tell people, "yes my rims are Rota P45r".

hell, on a 240, i liked my P45R's just fine... they're a good looking wheel, great design, and VERY economical....

they just got a bad name from replicating legit wheels (sometimes almost EXACTLY the same) for over half the cost...

hell, i'm considering getting another set, as a DD wheel for the GTR, who knows... as long as you keep the Nismo stickers OFF the wheel, you're fine....
