  • How much was an R32 GTR when new?

I was just curious as to how much Godzilla cost new in Japan back in for example 1991
(like mine) in Yen and with the 1991 exchange rates how much was that in Canadian dollars? Just wondering if anyone has seen an original window sticker and what cars it was competing with price wise at the time, was is for example more or less than a 911 or 911 turbo? I know that back then it was a force to be reckoned with performance wise (still pretty good today ) Or was it somewhat affordable like someone here buying a Vette or Mustang?

I can't remember exactly what, but someone posted about this before. It ended up being like, $45-50 grand in today's money. So like a GT500 Mustang or thereabouts pricewise.

^^ This is roughly what it was. About 2 Muff-stangs or 1 Vette.

Has anyone ever seen an original factory window sticker like they usually do here in Canada that list the vin and options with the price and options.
I'll bet it's a rare thing to get with your car.
I remember a while back someone was offering a 0km car wonder if it had it on it.

In Japan, buying a new car is different from Canada. There isn't enough space for new car dealers to have a huge car lot for potential buyers to browse about. We go to the dealer, order the car we want, wait a month and have it delivered all prepped and ready. That means no window stickers like in Canada.
