Don't get stance coilovers, your JIC will handle better. JIC's are amazing coilovers. For lower ride height you can try DG-5, HKS, Aragosta, Ohlins... there are a lot of different companies.
Also not to hate or anything but over 500whp on -7 is pretty close to impossible on regular gas. Whoever told you 500whp+ probably didn't have their dyno calibrated properly. Power isn't as important as how the car drives. I made 470whp and raced other cars that made 460-480whp (different tuner, and different dyno) and my car was faster. I've also raced cars with less power and they were faster. The only real test is the 1/4 mile, if you trap a speed of 130mph in a gtr then your car makes 500whp or more. Hub dynos over inflate numbers, Nelson on this forum made like 300whp on a dynapak and couldn't break traction, then he tuned on a mustang and made 220whp and broke traction in ever gear (80whp less and the car was a bomb, does that make sense?)
Over 500whp on a stock rb26 is possible, it'll hold up forsure as long as its in good shape. Overfill your oil on track days, and get an oil cooler... you should never have issues if its in decent shape. The mileage isn't important, your car is super clean so you'll be fine.
Remember.... Fast, Reliable, Cheap... you can only pick 2.
