Static probably stuck or brushes need changing. Easy fix, tap the static with a long extension and if it begins to tumble that is your problem, remove and service and replace.

Ya, managed to jump start it and get it in the garage on ramps, crawled under there gave it a few taps, works again. Maybe gonna get one rebuilt and have ready
