I just did full suspension work on my car recently.

Picked up HKS Hipermax Pro Coilovers (discontinued) for a good price, regular is over $2,800 with taxes, shipping, etc.
If you have money, then save up for a good coilover, you will not regret it. Something in the >$2,000 range - Tein MonoFlex, KW Variant 3, Cusco Zero 2 to name a few. Some one said they were looking at Ohlins which is like $3,500+, of course these will be good, but may not be for everyone's budget.

Stuff to do while you're doing suspensions:

      Front Upper Control Arms
Rear Adjustable Control Arms - You will need these to adjust camber to prevent tire wear like other's have mentioned

Do all your bushings - see Energy suspension, SuperPro Suspension or Whiteline - Your car is 20 years old, the bushings are ****, trust me, a couple pieces were completely disintegrated when I changed my stuff.
The Few. The Proud. The ones with the Permagrin. The Skyline Owners.

1990 Nissan Skyline GT-R - see GTR Projects Thread
2011 Subaru Impreza WRX STI (Sold)
2000 Acura Integra Type R (Sold)
      1991 Nissan Skyline GTS-T (Sold)

Energy has a kit that replaces basically every suspension bushing.

I thought they had one for the r32 gtr. If not then the 300zx has all the same suspension bushings
